TippyTop provides AI-powered portrait generation services. You upload photos, select a style, and we create custom digital artwork. You can then purchase physical prints of your portraits.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for portrait generation and order fulfillment.

Generated Portraits

When you purchase a portrait, you receive a license to use that portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may display, share, and print your portrait for personal use. Commercial use of generated portraits requires separate licensing.

Our Content

The TippyTop name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our property and protected by intellectual property laws.

Orders and Payment

• All prices are displayed in your local currency where available
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Digital portraits are delivered electronically; physical prints are shipped

Shipping and Delivery

Physical prints are produced and shipped by our printing partners. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
